Aqua-Balance 0.5% Plus Dosage is developed for hardening permeate water produced by a reverse osmosis process. The product helps achieve the correct water quality for a stable and reliable offset printing process. By restoring the optimum mineral balance, it supports a consistent water-ink balance and improves print quality.

Ideal measured values for process water in offset printing:

• Conductivity: 300–350 µS/cm
• Hardness: 7–9 °dH (German degrees of hardness)
• Bicarbonate content: approximately 150 mg/l
